Appearance: Russets range from medium to large in size. Depending on the variety, they can have an oblong or slightly flattened oval shape. The external appearance has a light-to-medium russet brown and netted skin. Internally, the flesh of the tuber has a white to pale yellow appeal.
Texture: High starch and low moisture content yields a light and fluffy texture.
Flavor Profile: Mild and earthy tones due to the medium sugar content.
