Wada Farms grows Idaho Russet variety potatoes. Our culinary superior Russet Burbank has higher dry matter and less water content making it the choice of restaurant operators because of its fluffy texture and great taste. Our early harvest variety Russet Norkotah is characterized by its smooth skin and uniform shape.  We also offer Regional Russets through our valued national supply network.

Russets are available year-round and feature netted brown skin and white flesh. Great for baking, frying, boiling, roasting, and sautéing.
