Our early harvest variety Russet Norkotah is characterized by its smooth skin and uniform shape. We also offer Regional Russets through our valued national co-packer network. Russets are available year-round and feature netted brown skin and white flesh. Great for baking, frying, boiling, roasting, and sautéing.
