The Sales Representative is responisble to increase volume sales and margin growth by actively selling and promoting all products and services offered by Circle Z Ag and Irrigation.
Overall Responsibilities include:
- Promote the sales of all products and programs
- Increase unit sales, gross margins, and market share by aggressively contacting and selling current and potential customers.
- Develop marketing approaches to grow market share.
- Provide timely and accurate sales quotes.
- Submit weekly reports of contacts made and customer and competitor activity.
- Assist in account receivable management and collection.
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to solve problems.
- Work with General Manager to resolve any concerns or complaints brought forward by current or prospective customers.
- Keep an up to date database of all customers and prospects with in assigned area.
